1. Are you trading or factory?
We sell products for factories without import and export rights. Our high-quality products are priced 5 – 10% lower than those of industry peers.
2. What is your MOQ?
The MOQ varies for different products according to your requirements. Moreover, if we have stock available, an order of 1 – 3 cartons is acceptable.
3. Can I get the sample to check the quality before order?
Yes. Free samples are available.
The samples will be sent to you in 7 working days. The shipping cost usually paid by your side.
4. If the order contains products from different suppliers, can they be shipped together?
Yes, we can arrange for LCL shipping and container loading from different suppliers at our warehouse.
5. Can you make OEM service?
Yes, we can create your custom design not only for products but also for packages. We have professional designer teams.
6. What are your payment terms?
Order amount ≤$2000 USD, full payment is made before production.
Order amount >$2000 USD and custom orders, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
7. What is your delivery time?
7-30days after receiving the deposit, according to order quantity and production requirements.
The production time will be confirmed after placing orders.
8. How can you assure your quality?
We have a professional QC team, free inspect goods, and provide inspection photos for you.
9. Can you provide product test reports?
Yes, EN71-1-2-3, 7P, ASTM, HR4040, etc., can be provided to you.
10. What shipping methods are available?
Sea freight can be appropriate for full containers or less-than-container loads. Air freight is an option for valuable yet low-volume products.
Regarding sea freight, we have the following two terms:
EXW (Ex Works) — Your freight forwarder is required to collect the goods from our warehouse and arrange for their delivery to your designated location.
FOB (Free on Board) — The FOB shipping fee is to be paid by you, which encompasses all costs associated with forwarding and loading the goods onto the vessel.
